ShipLean is a self-hosted work tracker. It runs as one application container with PostgreSQL. You organize work in backlogs, boards, and sprints. You can connect agents as users over MCP.

Fastest path

Download docker-compose.yml and .env into the same folder. Set the admin email and password in .env, then run:

docker compose up -d

Open http://localhost:8080 and sign in. When you are ready, connect Claude Code.
